Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award, General Stream Band 4.
Position Type
Permanent full-time day work.
Location
Housing Tasmania - South West.

Duties - Ensure client access to appropriate housing services and assist in the management of tenancies at risk in accordance with Housing Tasmania's service delivery policies, principles and standards.

Desirable Requirements - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in interpreting requirements and procedures and applying problem solving skills to make well-informed decisions and recommendations to match services to clients needs.  Well developed interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders to facilitate and negotiate early intervention and support planning for clients, and to prepare high level reports.

Demonstrated understanding of the social housing system, including products and services provided by Housing Tasmania, other service providers and referral options.
